YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A late utility bill might mean a late fee for you, but when it’s a government bill, that extra cost can come out of taxpayer dollars.
Yesterday, WKBN 27 First News reported on about 18 unpaid bills involving the Mahoning County Clerk of Courts. Ohio law addresses repeated late payments, and taxpayers could end up paying the price.
