BEXLEY, Ohio (WCMH) — Although developers are still adding finishing touches, a new luxury apartment complex in Bexley is officially open.
The Fitzgerald at 2200 E Main St. held a grand opening in mid-August, and is currently leasing many of its new apartments. Some portions of the complex are still under construction, but interested tenants can tour the high-end apartments and amenities.
The Fitzgerald has over 230 units, with most floorplans currently available or offering waitlists. Some floorplans are still underway, with some ready Nov. 1 and others in March of 2027. The 1920s-themed lobby is also open, although furniture is still incoming…
