COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A juvenile male was taken into custody Friday morning after police in Pataskala investigated a stolen vehicle and reported attempted thefts at a local car dealership.
The Pataskala Division of Police said an officer was conducting routine neighborhood checks when he found an unoccupied vehicle sitting on Watkins Road just before 1 a.m. Police determined the vehicle had recently been stolen from the Reynoldsburg area.
Shortly after, officers responded to a local car dealership on a report of a masked individual vehicles in the parking lot. The suspect ran from the scene on foot causing Pataskala PD to surround the area with help from assisting agencies…
