Dublin’s Bridge Park has added a distinctly Southern note to its dining and entertainment mix with the arrival of Bristol Republic, a barbecue restaurant and live-music venue built around smoked meats, bourbon and a Nashville-inspired atmosphere.
The new location at 4495 Bridge Park Ave. opened September 10, moving the Bristol Republic concept from Columbus’ Short North into a larger space designed for dining, concerts, weekend brunches and private events. At roughly 6,500 square feet, the restaurant includes a main dining room and stage, an outdoor patio, an upper-level lounge and a separate cocktail space.
