COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The last of six defendants involved in a large gun-trafficking case has been convicted in federal court.
According to prosecutors, six central Ohio men were investigated in a case that involved the trafficking of at least 17 firearms. The first five – William Turner, Kevin Fowler, Robert Phillips, Jeffrey Perry and Rashied Houston – were previously convicted after guilty pleas earlier this year.
The sixth defendant, 21-year-old Khalid Dorsey, pleaded guilty this week to possessing and transferring a machine gun and now faces up to 10 years in prison.
