The post said, “Hi friends! As most know, the restaurant industry is a tough one in an already tough time, and this year has been a doozie. It’s been incredibly hard with rising costs, a lot of turnover, and the unpredictability of a world that is rapidly changing. Since 2020, we haven’t had a minute to slow down, take inventory of what’s working and what’s not, and we’ve been struggling lately to keep up and keep it together, so we need a little time to regroup. That said, we have decided to close from now through October, to change some things, build a solid team, and come back stronger.”…
