ARLINGTON, Va. – A man suspected of breaking into a woman’s apartment in Arlington and raping her has been arrested several states away. Hamza Omar, 20, of Columbus, Ohio, faces a slew of charges for his role in the crime including rape, abduction with intent to defile, robbery, burglary with intent to commit rape, and wearing a mask in public.
