BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — “I don’t have a normal home,” said 18-year-old Larry Allen Harvey Thursday in his initial court appearance by video from the Belmont County Jail.
Judge David Trouten told Harvey he’s facing five counts of making terroristic threats and eight counts of inducing panic, all felonies.
When asked about his income, Harvey replied “I have no income.”…
