Costco is advancing plans to expand its Polaris-area warehouse site in Columbus with a new gas station and related site improvements, including parking. The project centers on a recently acquired parcel along Lyra Drive, immediately adjacent to the existing Costco Wholesale Polaris location.
Costco purchased approximately 2.1 acres for about $3 million. The property sits directly east of the current warehouse.
The primary use of the site will be a new gasoline filling station serving the Polaris store. Plans may also include additional parking and space for future outparcel development.
