9 Medicaid providers indicted on fraud, theft charges in Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH (WTRF) — Nine Medicaid providers are facing charges following an investigation into alleged fraud and theft involving the state’s health care program.

According to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, eight providers are accused of stealing a combined $181,512 from Medicaid. A ninth provider faces separate charges for allegedly taking a client’s debit card.
