Roaches, trash and more: Residents at east Columbus apartment complex say conditions are unlivable

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Residents at an apartment complex on the east side of Columbus say they continue to deal with issues, making their units unsafe to live in, months after the city sued the property managers.

In December, the city of Columbus filed legislation against the Crestwood Village apartments to require landlords to fix “a long, documented history of health and safety code violations.”

Since then, a city official told 10TV new management has taken over, but residents say some issues have not improved…
