COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A driver is safe Saturday morning after their vehicle ended up in a pond near Rickenbacker International Airport.
Shortly before 6:30 a.m., rescue crews were called to the 6600 block of Shook Road on report of a vehicle that was in a retention pond.
When they got to the scene, they found the driver had been able to get themselves out of the vehicle. The Columbus fire dive team was then able to get the car out of the water without any issues…
