COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Ohio officials say they followed protocol while supervising a targeted violent offender who police say shot a Columbus police officer during a traffic stop in Linden last month.
Police say Chantez Loury shot the officer during the stop before officers returned fire, killing him.
