U.S. Marshals arrest Ohio fugitive using false identity in Tennessee

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – The U.S. Marshals Service says they’ve arrested an Ohio fugitive who had been living in Tennessee under an alias.

On Tuesday, a U.S. Marshals Service task force in Nashville arrested Rishonda Williams, 36, after receiving a collateral lead from the Southern District of Ohio.

She was wanted in Scioto County, Ohio, for failing to appear at a court hearing related to charges for heroin possession and trafficking…
