A motorcyclist was arrested after they were caught going faster than 130 mph on the 5 Freeway in Orange County on the Fourth of July, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A CHP commander in a fixed-wing aircraft first spotted the red motorcycle exceeding speeds of 100 mph on the northbound side of the 5 Freeway in the San Juan Capistrano area near Saddleback College.
