Two 14-year-old boys who were riding an e-scooter and an e-motorcycle are in critical condition after they were hit by a driver in Riverside.
On Aug. 25, Riverside police responded to the crash at the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Mitchell Avenue at around 7:46 p.m.
