A 13-year-old boy riding an electric bike was killed when a fleeing burglary suspect ran a red light and struck him during a police pursuit in Riverside County, authorities said.
The incident began around 4:54 p.m. Monday when Menifee police responded to a reported burglary in progress in the 27000 block of Hemingway Court.
