Coroner IDs Man Struck by Commuter Train in Jurupa Valley

A pedestrian struck and killed by a commuter train in Jurupa Valley was confirmed Wednesday to be a 39-year-old resident of the city.

Joseph Crain was fatally injured just before 8 p.m. Monday on the Union Pacific Railroad line near Van Buren Boulevard and 56th Street, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office.
