Two 14-year-old boys who were hospitalized after being hit by a driver in Riverside while they were riding an e-scooter and an e-motorcycle have died.
On Aug. 25, Riverside police responded to the crash at the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Mitchell Avenue, near Rosemary Kennedy Elementary School, at around 7:46 p.m.
