The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa will soon be under new ownership.
The Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation announced Monday morning it was in the final stages of purchasing the iconic downtown Riverside hotel from the Roberts family.
“The Mission Inn holds a special place in our hearts,” Lynn Valbuena, the tribe’s chairwoman, said in a May 4 statement. “We recognize its historic, economic and cultural significance to Riverside and the region would be delighted to include The Mission Inn in our non-gaming hospitality portfolio.”…
