Three Texas towns were just named among America’s best “longevity hotspots,” places where residents feel especially confident they have what it takes to live to 100.
Fredericksburg, Wimberley and Port Aransas all landed on the national list, ranking No. 14, No. 30 and No. 75, respectively, according to a new report from Cherry Data Signals on behalf of mental health advocacy group A Mission for Michael.
The ranking is based on a survey of 3,025 people who were asked about their “longevity mindset,” or how confident they feel that their lifestyle, surroundings and daily habits could help them live a long, healthy life…
