Along the Texas Gulf Coast, a 15-year push for more petrochemical activity promised jobs, growth and prosperity but a new report released today showed cities hosting the expansion have not seen the promises materialize.
The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis study examined the Coastal Bend, home to Corpus Christi, the Houston Ship Channel and the Beaumont-Port Arthur region.
