The first graduates of the Tuloso-Midway Independent School District’s new virtual school program are completing their studies this month.
Sophie Salazar is already finished. She switched to the Tuloso-Midway Virtual Academy this spring to finish out her senior year of high school. Previously, she attended Calallen High School.
“I don’t feel the same stressors that I did at public school,” Sophie said. “I’m able to do school when I want and take breaks. I’m able to go to counseling when I need to.”…
