- A man was taken into custody after hitting a police officer’s cruiser and fleeing from a traffic stop in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
A chaotic chain of events ended with a man in custody after dashcam and bodycam video shows he took off from a traffic stop and hit an officer’s police cruiser.
Gwinnett County Police said the officer was also hit during the encounter. The video shows the officer was also able to run back toward his patrol car after the suspect fled.
The car then pulled into an apartment complex. Police said it initially appeared the driver was cooperating, as he put his hands out the window. However, they said that it didn’t last long…
