HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters rescued a person trapped inside a burning home in Hall County on Friday, as crews battled intense flames and rapidly changing fire conditions that forced an emergency evacuation of firefighters.
Around 1 p.m. on July 3, Hall County Fire Rescue responded to a reported house fire on Spring Street, just off of Jesse Jewell Parkway. When the first crews arrived, they found heavy fire on the outside of the two-story home that had already spread to the first and second floors, said Hall County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief John Murray.
