Weeks after entering the for-sale housing market with its own brokerage, build-to-rent developer Parkland Communities is launching a new homebuilding unit, Parkland Homes, and revealed its first available inventory.
Parkland Homes is debuting’ seven single-family residences in the Alder Creek community in Cumming. The Alpharetta-based developer acquired the established community’s last homesites from national homebuilder Taylor Morrison and will complete this final phase.
