ALPHARETTA, Ga. — The Northern Ridge District of Scouting America, which covers Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Milton, announced its newest Eagle Scouts, who completed their Eagle board of review on Sept. 24 at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church.
