JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — The Johns Creek City Council at its Oct. 26 meeting adopted a 2026 rollback maintenance and operations millage rate of 3.434 mills, making it again the lowest city property tax rate in Fulton County.
Council members unanimously approved the millage rate after a third and final public hearing. They also approved a parks bond millage rate of 0.247 mills, bringing the total millage rate to 3.681 mills.
