This past Thursday, volunteers from Pickens County Fire & Rescue Stations 10 and 13 trained jointly on the newest additions to their firefighting equipment.
Station 10 is on Monument Road, and Station 13 is at the intersection of Burnt Mountain Road and Grandview Road. These two volunteer stations serve the Burnt Mountain and Sharp Top Mountain area in the Northeast corner of the county.
