Two separate drug busts in Hall County last week led to three arrests and more than a dozen total pounds of illegal narcotics ranging from fentanyl to marijuana.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) said the two investigations culminated in arrests Wednesday, April 22, and Thursday, April 23.
The first was a joint operation between the GBI, the Flowery Branch Police Department and the Gwinnett County Police Department that targeted what the GBI called a “major trafficking network.” That case spanned both Hall and Gwinnett counties, with the suspect reportedly living in Snellville.
“During the operation, law enforcement seized 3.5 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, 1.4 pounds of suspected cocaine, 22 grams of MDMA, 1 pound of suspected marijuana, and 11 firearms,” a statement from the GBI said…
