Buc-ee’s, known for its massive travel centers and cult-like following, is taking a Georgia-based convenience store to federal court for allegedly copying its famous beaver mascot and other trademark violations.
The lawsuit was filed on May 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Teddy’s Market, a small convenience store brand with locations in Canton and Ball Ground.
