KB Home Drops $5.2M On Gwinnett Dirt For Whitley Meadows Build

KB Home is officially planting its flag in metro Atlanta, closing on roughly $5.2 million worth of land in Gwinnett County for a new community called Whitley Meadows. The same release names Bill Schmidt as Division President in charge of KB Home’s Atlanta operations, signaling that the builder is not treating this as a one-off experiment but as the start of a broader push into the region.
