DALLAS — All of the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 are blocked near Good Latimer Expressway due to an overturned 18-wheeler, officials say.
All three main lanes are closed around 5 a.m. while crews work to right the 18-wheeler. Both shoulders of the interstate remain open, as well as the express lane.
All lanes have since reopened just before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning…
