DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department said in a press release that it needs help locating a 9-year-old boy named Matthew Uwa.
He is described as having black hair and brown eyes. He is 4 feet 9 inches and about 90 pounds, police said.
He was last seen Monday around 5 p.m. in the 1100 block of Templecliff Drive wearing a green button-up shirt with palm trees, green joggers and black slides. He has deadlocks that are tied back…
