Well, we spoke too soon. Despite being on a list of stores that would potentially stay open, the downtown Neiman Marcus store—the flagship store—is closing by the end of September, the Dallas Morning News reports.
Details are scant—we have reached out to Saks Global, the entity that now owns Neiman Marcus, for details. But it seems that the company, which is navigating Chapter 11 bankruptcy, is streamlining and will focus on its NorthPark Center location.
