Jackson Capital Murder Suspect Nabbed In Dallas, Denied Bond

A man wanted in a fatal October shooting on Liberty Street is back in Jackson to face a capital murder charge after being arrested in Dallas.

Ahmod McDonald, 36, was transported to Jackson this week, appeared in municipal court on Thursday and was denied bond after being booked into city holding on a capital murder charge, according to authorities.

Arrest and Court Appearance

Jackson Police said McDonald was brought from Dallas, Texas, to Jackson on Wednesday and booked into city holding, where he now faces a capital murder charge, WLBT reported.

Investigators are still working on the case.
