Three members of the Dallas Police Department have been honored with the 2026 State of Texas Law Enforcement Achievement Award for Professional Achievement, recognizing their contributions to policing, leadership and public service.
Deputy Chief Patricia Mora, Sgt. Norma Massu and Detective Ryan Diem were selected for the statewide honor, which recognizes law enforcement professionals whose work has had a significant and lasting impact on their agencies and communities.
Deputy Chief Mora was recognized for her leadership in advancing mentorship and professional development within the department.
