Sunday, Aug. 9, marks two weeks since a 19-year-old college student from North Texas was killed in a crash by an accused intoxicated driver.
Crystal De Luna’s mother said she was out with her boyfriend when the two were crashed into on US Highway 380 and 377. Cross Roads Police arrested 33-year-old Samuel Moses and charged him with intoxicated manslaughter and unlawfully carrying a weapon. According to police, it was a 4-vehicle crash, with multiple others sustaining minor injuries.
“I wish it was a dream that I could wake up from,” Vanesa Ramirez, Crystal’s mother, said. “And I could still see her coming in through the door.”…
