A residential component of Frisco’s Fields West development is taking shape, with leasing now underway for the first phase of The Wentwood at Fields West.
Developed by Columbus Realty Partners, the Class A apartment community is being built along Wentwood Avenue directly above restaurants and shops planned for Fields West, the massive master-planned community taking shape along the Dallas North Tollway corridor in northern Frisco.
Units at The Wentwood are expected to be ready for move-in in January. Additional phases are scheduled to open throughout 2027 and into 2028, according to a news release. The developers did not disclose rental rates or the total number of units in the announcement…
