The shooting happened around 2:09 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, when officers responding to the scene found 28-year-old Nigel Calhoun dead and a second man suffering multiple gunshot wounds in critical condition, according to WFAA. Dallas Police Dept identified Johnson as the suspect wanted in the case and listed the charges as murder and aggravated assault under two separate case numbers, 093227-2026 and 094816-2026. Detective Ronald Kramer was assigned as the lead homicide investigator on the case, per the Dallas Police Dept.

A Violent Stretch Along the Same Street
