Dallas police are investigating a shooting and a pedestrian crash that was reported around 8:30 p.m. on West Virginia Drive.
Police found a person hit by a car. They later found the driver of the vehicle, who was a woman who had been shot. It’s unclear who shot her or what led up to either incident.
