The big house meets the big standards, with Dallas County Jail sailing through its state guidelines inspection this past week. The Texas Commission on Jail Standards (TCJS), which is the body responsible for making sure county jails across Texas are up to snuff, gave Dallas County’s facility the thumbs up after an unannounced visit.
