PLANO, Texas — Plano police say all northbound lanes of Parkwood Boulevard between West Parker Road and Windhaven Parkway are shut down following a fatal crash Monday evening.
Officers and Plano Fire-Rescue crews are on scene, and the closure is expected to last for an undetermined amount of time.
