Nearly 2,000 distribution workers across Texas could lose their jobs ahead of a major deal closing with one of the largest alcohol distributors in the U.S.
According to Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC)’s WARN notice, the layoffs are conditional on the pending asset sale to Reyes Beverage Group, which includes operations in Texas and several other states.
