Texas Man Was Found Shot Dead by a Lake in 2002. His Wife Is Accused, and Now Cops Say She Didn’t Act Alone

In 2002, an unsuspecting fisherman found the body of a Texas man in Frisco near Lake Lewisville, wrapped in black bags with 50-pound sandbags taped to the legs, according to authorities.

Frank Weiss — a veteran, businessman and father who was living in Plano at the time of his death — had been shot twice in the chest with a .38 caliber gun, the medical examiner determined, NBCDFW reported.
