BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – A Butler County man who was charged with stabbing a deputy was sentenced Wedneday to up to 12 years in prison.
Phillip Lovely, 42, was sentenced to eight to 12 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to aggravated attempted murder and arson.
