WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — A local bar and grill has apparently closed.
According to a letter claiming to represent the property owner posted on the front of Pour Haus Grill & Tavern, the business allegedly failed to pay rent “since on or before December 15, 2025.”
The letter lists the current amount due of “at least $40,361.35.”
