DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A cold front moving across the Miami Valley will stall as it moves south of I-70 Thursday night and become the focus of widespread showers and thunderstorms on Friday into Friday evening. Heavy rain is possible, especially across the southern Miami Valley where 2″ to 3″+ could fall and lead to flash flooding.
The rain will taper off after midnight Friday and end as a spotty shower or two Saturday morning. Otherwise, the weekend will be quite nice slightly warmer temperatures.
