CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Family and friends said that the victim of Thursday morning’s Middletown shooting was Dashawn Ripley, and described him as a good guy who could make anyone laugh.
They are heartbroken after finding out he was the man shot and killed in Middletown this morning on Yankee Road.
