Two men were arrested in separate impaired driving cases handled by the Urbana Police Division over consecutive days, including one following a traffic stop and another involving a tractor.
According to an Urbana Police Division report, 65-year-old Mark Frawley from New Carlisle was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI) and open container after officers stopped his pickup truck shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31, for crossing the centerline and edge line on Lewis B. Moore Avenue.
Police said they smelled a strong odor of alcohol and noticed Frawley had bloodshot eyes. After field sobriety tests, Frawley provided breath samples that showed he was more than three times over the legal limit, according to the report…
